What is HIV?

HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a virus that attacks the cells that help the body fight infection. Therefore, due to this, we work on the immunity of our body. Due to which other diseases occur in our body. It usually enters our body through body fluids like semen, sperm etc. To prevent this, you should use condoms during intercourse; this reduces its risk by up to 70%.

If left untreated, HIV can lead to AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome).

What Is AIDS?

AIDS is the final stage of HIV infection. This completely destroys our immune system, which is completely damaged due to HIV. Then this virus becomes the cause of AIDS.

PrEP - Prep is used when you know that you are going to have sex with a sex worker. Or if you are going to have sex with an unknown person, then you should use Prep 24 hours before.
